Juicy Hamburgers

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of organic grass-fed ground beef

  • 1 egg, beaten (egg free add 2 tablespoons of Just Egg)

  • 1/3 cup gluten free bread crumbs

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons milk

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • dash of cayenne pepper

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Directions:

1. Preheat grill.

2. In a bowl beat egg, add all ingredients except ground beef.

3. Mix juice mixture with ground beef, it's best to just dig in and use your hands.

4. Form into 4 regular sized or 3 large hamburger patties.

5. Oil the grill grates and cook the hamburger patties about 5 minutes per side for medium, longer for well done.
