3 tablespoons butter*/butter substitute
1 teaspoon vanilla (add in last)
4 cups marshmallows* (check that they are gluten-free)
4 cups of cereal of choice* (check that it is gluten-free)
some cereal choices (Nature's Path is certified gluten-free)
brown rice crisps
whole o's/oaty o's (like Cheerios)
1. Line a 9X13 pan with parchment paper.
2. Melt butter* and marshmallows over low heat, add in vanilla last.
3. Stir in cereal about a cup at a time.
4. Place mixture in the pan and press down.
5. Let sit for 2 hours or until set up.
